HEALTH INFO

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) maintains the best resource for travelers' health information and individual country conditions and requirements.

Shoreland brings us Travel Health Online which features country by country profiles with detailed health information and disease risks as well as a travel medicine provider index.

The World Health Organization (WHO) also provides current vaccination requirements and health advice.

The International Society of Travel Medicine maintains a list of Travel Medicine Clinics operated by its members.

The Interknowledge Travel Network (now called Geographia) offers a variety of information on countries worldwide. Many of their pages are the official sites of the country tourist board.

The Caribbean Online covers the main dozen destinations of the Caribbean with basic tourist information.

ASIA

EurAsiaNet provides information and analysis about political, economic, environmental and social developments in the countries of Central Asia and the Caucasus, as well as in Russia, the Middle East, and Southwest Asia. The Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA), is the recognised authority on Pacific Asia travel and tourism.
